The leak

The blind spot. Practices cannot manage a no-show rate they have never actually measured.

View, edit and audit every booking. Including the ones taken over the phone, and the ones that did not happen.

Where this sits

This module is part of No-Show Shield. It is not sold on its own, because the handoff between it and the module beside it is where revenue actually escapes.

What gets built

The deliverable, stated the way the contract states it

An admin view for you and your team covering every booking, every payment and every message sent — plus the reporting that turns 'we get a few no-shows' into a number.

How it works

The mechanism, not the marketing

Trigger on the left, the rule the system applies in the middle, the consequence on the right. Read it as the logic your practice would otherwise be running in someone's head.

Illustrative interface. Rows are drawn to show what the dashboard records against a booking. They are not any practice's data, and no rate, count or revenue figure is shown.

Capabilities

What it does, and why that matters commercially

  • Every booking, whatever the source

Online bookings and phone bookings sit in the same view. One calendar, one source of truth, no reconciliation ritual.

  • Edit, move and cancel with an audit trail

Changes are recorded with who made them and when. Useful for training a new front desk and for settling disputes about what was agreed.

  • No-show and cancellation reporting

The rate, the trend and the revenue attached. This is the number the 90-day guarantee is measured against, so it is visible to you from launch.

  • Role-appropriate access

Front desk sees what the front desk needs. Owner-level reporting stays owner-level.

Implementation

How this gets built, and when it is done

Same standard as every module: a milestone you can verify yourself, not a status report.

Timeline

Definition of done

The build is accepted when the client can complete a live booking, receive a reminder, and complete a test payment without error.

Built on

  • Next.js

Deployed on infrastructure registered in your name. You hold the accounts, the data and the source code when the build completes.

Who it matters most for

The practices where this leak is largest

Every practice loses something here. These are the ones where it is the dominant loss rather than a minor one.

  • Urgent care clinics

Not primarily no-shows. The loss is staff hours absorbed by manual scheduling, phone triage and the queue that forms the moment the doors open.

    Urgent Care systems
  • Dental practices

Two separate leaks: same-week no-shows, and recall appointments that were never rebooked at all. The second one is larger and almost never measured.

    Dental systems
  • Veterinary practices

No-shows sit around 10–12% of booked appointments. Each one is a slot that was staffed, prepared and then paid for by nobody.

    Veterinary systems

This module on its own is a smaller answer

It closes one leak. The reason it is sold inside a tier is that the next leak sits immediately beside it, and an unowned handoff costs the same whether or not the module beside it is good.

Questions

Owner dashboard, in detail

How many staff logins do we get?

Enough for your team. Seat-based pricing is a rental-software pattern, and this is not rented software.

Can we see what messages a client received?

Yes. The message log sits against the booking, so you can answer 'did they get a reminder' without guessing.
