Included in Signature Practice App
The leak
The gap between what a premium practice charges and what its booking experience looks like.
A native iOS and Android app that mirrors your portal, carries your branding, and sends push notifications that cost nothing per message.
Where this sits
This module is part of Signature Practice App. It is not sold on its own, because the handoff between it and the module beside it is where revenue actually escapes.
What gets built
The deliverable, stated the way the contract states it
An app built in React Native and Expo, submitted to the App Store and Google Play under your practice name, with the submission process handled end to end.
At a glance
- Itemised value
- $6,000+
- Build window
- Adds roughly 3–4 weeks to the build
- Sold inside
- Signature Practice App
Yours at handover — domain, accounts, data and source code.
How it works
The mechanism, not the marketing
Trigger on the left, the rule the system applies in the middle, the consequence on the right. Read it as the logic your practice would otherwise be running in someone's head.

Capabilities
What it does, and why that matters commercially
Full portal parity
Booking, history, receipts, rescheduling and saved payments. The app is not a cut-down version of the web experience.
Push notifications
Reminders with no per-message cost, replacing or supplementing SMS as your volume grows.
Store submission handled end to end
Listings, assets, review responses and resubmissions. You do not learn Apple's review process.
Your brand throughout
Icon, splash, palette, typography and store listing. Not a shared app with your logo in a corner.
Implementation
How this gets built, and when it is done
Same standard as every module: a milestone you can verify yourself, not a status report.
Timeline
Adds roughly 3–4 weeks to the build
Definition of done
The build is accepted when the client can complete a live booking, receive a reminder, and complete a test payment without error.
Built on
- React Native
- Expo
- Push notification services
Deployed on infrastructure registered in your name. You hold the accounts, the data and the source code when the build completes.
Who it matters most for
The practices where this leak is largest
Every practice loses something here. These are the ones where it is the dominant loss rather than a minor one.
Med spas & aesthetic clinics
Deposit-less bookings walking away. High-value treatment slots held with nothing attached to them, then released hours before.
Med Spa & Wellness systemsVeterinary practices
No-shows sit around 10–12% of booked appointments. Each one is a slot that was staffed, prepared and then paid for by nobody.
Veterinary systemsDental practices
Two separate leaks: same-week no-shows, and recall appointments that were never rebooked at all. The second one is larger and almost never measured.
Dental systems
This module on its own is a smaller answer
It closes one leak. The reason it is sold inside a tier is that the next leak sits immediately beside it, and an unowned handoff costs the same whether or not the module beside it is good.
Questions
Native app, in detail
Who owns the app listing?
You do. It is published under your practice's developer account, so the listing and its reviews stay yours.
What if Apple rejects the submission?
We handle the response and resubmission. That work is inside the scope, not billed as an extra.
Do we still need SMS?
Usually yes, for clients who have not installed the app. Push reduces SMS volume rather than eliminating it.
